Job summary

Talent Archers is representing a mid-sized chemical and material distributor serving rubber, CASE, and industrial sectors across the US. We seek a territory representative to cover West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, with Delaware having no established key accounts yet.

You will establish and manage sales accounts, pursue new customers, conduct cold calls, and build rapport with leads in the territory. Expect travel and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of chemical distribution sales.
• Social and family life that works well with a sales position.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical ability or great sales ability will be valued.
• High base 110 to 150 DOE and commissions.
• Company Car or mileage.
• Retirement is on you; they do not have a match program in place.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage sales accounts relationships in the assigned territory
• Identify and pursue new customer acquisition
• Conduct cold calls for potential leads
• Communicate with established leads within the territory and develop rapport
• 6-9 Overnights a night will be required, but all car travel
