The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Dealer Sales Representative to service existing accounts and identify growth opportunities across Mid/Eastern Maryland, Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, Delaware Shore, and Southeastern Pennsylvania. You will leverage relationships with retailers and corporate decision makers to expand business and deliver value.

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

• Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, and color).
• Service existing customer accounts and find opportunities for growth within the sales territory.
• Develop account planning strategies and identify growth potential across segments.
• Use CRM to manage accounts, log calls, and generate reports.
• Analyze territory performance and develop business plans.
• Resolve customer problems, complaints, and warranty issues promptly.
• Educate dealers and end-users through product information seminars.
