Job summary

Eastern Lift Truck Company is a leader in material handling and warehouse solutions, seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Allentown market. You will Develop new business, design storage and handling solutions, and partner with the Hyster and Yale teams to deliver complete customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience with hunter mentality.
• Ability to develop and grow a sales territory.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up abilities.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Material handling, warehouse equipment, racking, or forklift industry experience preferred.
• NA (Narrow Aisle) / VNA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Identify, design, and sell warehouse storage and material handling solutions.
• Partner with our Hyster and Yale sales team to provide complete customer solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Manage projects from initial consultation through installation.
• Generate and follow up on leads from manufacturers, existing customers, and internal referrals.
• Attend industry trade shows, manufacturer meetings, and customer events.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
