Ernest is seeking a Territory Sales Representative who thrives in the field, loves the chase, and builds lasting relationships within your local radius to Vista, CA. This outside sales role puts you in front of potential clients, prospecting, pitching, and opening new accounts to own and grow them.

You’ll earn competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a car allowance and residual income from every account you bring in.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required.
• Proven ability to develop a book of business.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients through proactive, in-person outreach and relationship-building within your territory
• Develop a book of business through new client acquisition
• Manage and grow the accounts you open (these are yours to keep)
• Offer solutions with our products in packaging, automation, janitorial, safety, and beyond
• Represent the Ernest brand with professionalism and personality
