Job summary

The Chef's Warehouse is seeking a Sales Associate to represent a best-in-class portfolio of specialty ingredients to chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators in the Indianapolis area. You will build trusted relationships, help customers discover products, and grow your portfolio within a performance-driven, supportive team.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission plan, reflecting initiative and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant sales or foodservice is preferred.
• Ability to build trust and develop customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, energetic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Education: college degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators to grow accounts.
• Help customers discover products and solutions that add value to menus and operations.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts and win new business in the territory.
• Manage territory autonomously with support from a sales/culinary team.
