Job summary

The Chef's Warehouse is seeking a Sales Associate to represent our premium food portfolio across your assigned territory in Indianapolis. You will engage with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators to identify products and solutions that streamline operations and elevate menus.

Ideal candidates bring experience in foodservice sales, a relationship-driven approach, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant sales, food sales, catering, hospitality, culinary, or other customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-solution mindset are essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Associate, build trusted relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators.
• Help customers discover products and solutions that elevate menus, operations, and business growth.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts with an uncapped commission structure.
