Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a driven Sales Associate to build trusted relationships with chefs and foodservice operators. You will help customers discover products and solutions that elevate menus, improve operations, and grow their businesses.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, win new business, and increase earnings through an uncapped commission plan. You’ll be supported by a team of experts in sales, culinary, protein, and produce to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or foodservice sales is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated with initiative and results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted chef and operator relationships in your territory.
• Identify products and solutions to elevate menus for customers.
• Develop a portfolio of accounts and win new business with an uncapped commission structure.
• Collaborate with sales, culinary, protein, and produce teams to maximize value.
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed to grow the business.
