Job summary

The Chef's Warehouse is seeking a Sales Associate to represent their premium ingredients and services. You will build relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators, helping customers discover products and solutions that elevate menus and operations.

This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan, with opportunities to grow a portfolio of accounts and increase earnings through performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant sales, food sales, catering, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of The Chef's Warehouse within your territory, building trusted relationships with chefs and operators.
• Help customers discover products and solutions that elevate menus and operations.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts and win new business.
• Manage your territory autonomously with support from a specialist team.
