Job summary

The Chef's Warehouse is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to build trusted relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators within your territory. You will help customers discover products and solutions that enhance menus and operations while growing your business and earnings.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission plan, with mentorship from a team of culinary and produce experts.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant sales, food sales, catering, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Relationship-focused: you enjoy building trust, developing customer relationships, and helping others succeed.
• Positive & self-motivated: you bring energy, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset, eager to learn, take ownership, and achieve results.
• Strong communication & organization skills: you can manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven: you thrive in a dynamic environment, use data to inform decisions, and approach opportunities with urgency.
• Education: A college degree is preferred but not required.
