Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Sales Associate to represent a premier portfolio of specialty ingredients to chefs and foodservice operators in your territory. You will build trusted relationships, discover products and solutions that elevate menus, and grow your business through an uncapped commission structure.

This role offers base pay plus performance-based incentives, with autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by nutrition, culinary, protein, and produce experts.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant sales, food sales, catering, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Ability to build trust, develop customer relationships, and help others succeed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators within your territory.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts, win new business, and increase earnings through an uncapped commission plan.
• Manage your territory with support from an industry-leading team of sales, culinary, protein, and produce experts.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by solving challenges and providing value beyond the plate.
