Job summary

Mate Precision Technologies seeks a Territory Sales Representative for the Georgia and Florida region. This remote-with-travel role demands strong sheet metal fabrication knowledge and a proven sales ability to build partnerships with customers and OEM dealers.

You will travel up to 75% to perform on-site demos, manage relationships, and drive growth across a global customer base through best-in-class tooling and laser consumables.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sheet metal fabrication or operations experience.
• Residence within the territory (Georgia and Florida).
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight trips.
• Strong technical and communication skills — with presentation and closing abilities.
• Sales experience preferred; your technical know-how is key.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to boost productivity through fabrication applications.
• Demonstrate Mate tooling and consumables to improve efficiency.
• Build relationships with customers and develop new opportunities.
• Conduct on-site demonstrations and customer meetings (in-person and via teleconferencing).
• Develop and maintain a network of OEM dealers and industry contacts.
• Track meetings, expenses, and customer interactions using CRM.
• Stay current on products, industry trends, and market conditions; share insights with management.
