Job summary

Mate Precision Technologies seeks a Territory Sales Representative for Georgia and Florida who will travel up to 75% to service customers and build partnerships in sheet metal fabrication. You’ll demonstrate Mate’s precision tooling and laser consumables, develop OEM dealer networks, and drive revenue across the region.

You will conduct on-site demos, stay current on product trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sheet metal fabrication or operations experience required.
• Residence within Georgia/Florida territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% including overnight trips.
• Strong technical and communication skills; presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required; technical know-how is key.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to boost productivity through sheet metal fabrication applications.
• Demonstrate Mate’s tooling and laser consumables to improve efficiency.
• Build relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and meetings (in-person and via teleconferencing).
• Develop and maintain a network of OEM dealers and industry contacts.
• Track meetings, expenses, and interactions using CRM software.
• Stay current on products, industry trends, and market conditions and share insights with management.
