Job summary

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover Georgia and Florida. The role is remote with travel up to 75%, with on-site demonstrations and customer meetings across the territory.

You will build dealer networks and drive product adoption for sheet metal fabrication tooling and laser consumables. The ideal candidate has hands-on metalworking background, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, plus willingness to travel and manage customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Sheet metal fabrication experience preferred or required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to boost productivity through sheet metal fabrication solutions.
• Demonstrate Mate’s tooling and consumables to improve efficiency and performance.

This exciting role with a global industry leader supports customers in more than 85 countries by helping them reduce costs, increase productivity, and achieve operational excellence through the application of best-in-class solutions.

• Partner with customers to boost productivity through advanced sheet metal fabrication applications.


• Demonstrate how Mate’s precision tooling and consumables can improve efficiency and performance.


• Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities.


• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and customer meetings (in-person and via teleconferencing).


• Develop and maintain a network of OEM dealers and industry contacts to expand reach.


• Track meetings, expenses, and customer interactions using CRM software.


• Hands-on sheet metal fabrication or operations experience (punch presses, lasers, or press brakes required).


• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight trips.


• Sales experience preferred (but your technical know-how is key!).


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.


• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED required.

65,000–$75,000 + commissions and bonuses (total target compensation: $Comprehensive sales and product training to set you up for success.
