Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for sheet metal fabrication solutions, covering Georgia and Florida. This role combines fieldwork with remote collaboration, requiring up to 75% travel to visit customers, demonstrate products, and build partnerships that drive productivity and cost optimization.

You will leverage Mate's precision tooling and laser consumables, develop dealer networks, and manage CRM-driven activity while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• Hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within territory.
• Sales experience preferred; technical knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM usage.
• Valid driver's license and HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to boost productivity through sheet metal fabrication applications.
• Demonstrate Mate tooling and consumables to improve efficiency.
• Build relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities.
• Conduct on-site demonstrations and customer meetings (in-person and via teleconferencing).
• Develop network of OEM dealers and industry contacts to expand reach.
• Track meetings, expenses, and customer interactions using CRM.

Territory | Remote with Travel (up to 75%)

We're looking for a Territory Sales Representativ e to represent Mate's world-class tooling and laser consumables throughout Georgia and Florida . This exciting role with a global industry leader supports customers in more than 85 countries by helping them reduce costs, increase productivity, and achieve operational excellence through the application of best-in-class solutions.

• Partner with customers to boost productivity through advanced sheet metal fabrication applications.
• Demonstrate how Mate's precision tooling and consumables can improve efficiency and performance.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and customer meetings (in-person and via teleconferencing).
• Develop and maintain a network of OEM dealers and industry contacts to expand reach.
• Track meetings, expenses, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Hands-on sheet metal fabrication or operations experience (punch presses, lasers, or press brakes required).
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight trips.
• Sales experience preferred (but your technical know-how is key!).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or GED required.

65,000-$75,000 + commissions and bonuses (total target compensation: $Comprehensive sales and product training to set you up for success.
