Herc Rentals is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow revenue in the AZ East Phoenix area. You will manage the territory, build client networks, and drive equipment rentals and sales to meet and exceed quotas.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential for first-year earnings in the six-figure range with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in industrial/heavy equipment markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer sites/offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them via phone and internet.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions and pricing.
• Penetrate strategic accounts to diversify customer base (industrial, traditional, nontraditional).
• Support all team members.
