Responsibilities

• Prospect and convert new customers within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow current customer share of wallet wherever possible.
• Build territory pipeline through cold outreach, office visits, referrals, and events.
• Position the Implants MIS value line as a compelling solution for practices.
• Develop account-specific conversion strategies addressing pain points and adoption barriers.
• Conduct product presentations, business discussions, and demonstrations.
• Drive trial, adoption, and repeat utilization with clear next steps.
• Own territory growth goals and revenue attainment.
• Analyze territory data, account potential, and market trends for prioritization.
• Collaborate with marketing, education, customer service, and sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of pipeline and activities.
