Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent) and relevant sales track record.
• Experience selling into dental implant or specialty dental environments preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage a territory pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively prospect and convert new customers in the assigned territory, focusing on untapped accounts and white-space opportunities.
• Build and grow territory share of wallet as a secondary objective.
• Maintain a robust pipeline through cold outreach, office visits, referrals, and market events.
• Position Implants MIS as a valuable, clinically reliable, cost-effective solution.
• Develop account-specific strategies addressing pain points and adoption barriers.
• Perform product presentations and business discussions to connect product value with practice growth.
• Drive trial, adoption, and repeat utilization with clear next steps and commitments.
• Own territory growth goals including new accounts, funnel progression, and revenue attainment.
• Analyze territory data to prioritize high-value growth opportunities and align with cross-functional teams.
