Job summary

Associated Materials, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Exterior Building Products in the Greenville/Greer, SC area. You will lead sales and account planning for assigned territory, forecast and report results, and drive growth with a focus on customer relationships and effective solutions.

You will work with builders, remodelers, and architects, understand building codes, demo core products, and travel about 70% of weeks. Uncapped commissions and a safety-first culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience in building products or related field.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth.
• Self-directed, organized, customer-focused, and competitive.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales and account planning, forecasting, reporting for assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain target accounts; drive sales growth and new business.
• Understand customer objectives and requirements to identify opportunities.
• Acquire new customers to maximize territory revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service and issue resolution in collaboration with contacts.
• Mentor other sales representatives; collaborate with supply center and corporate teams.
