Job summary

ECMD, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote ECMD products, build relationships, and identify customer needs across an assigned region. You will meet with business owners and managers to grow sales and train staff in merchandising and product presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or dealing with the public is preferred.
• Clear, professional communication with customers.
• Ability to work in a group and problem-solve.
• Extensive travel using a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license required.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships between ECMD and customer accounts.
• Provide thorough product knowledge and prompt service to customers.
• Handle orders, returns, catalogs, quotes and related data.
• Train retail personnel in merchandising and selling procedures.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales Managers to meet territory goals.
• Submit travel information and expenses and communicate changes to management.
