Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales across your own territory.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance products and services in the industry.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and re-service existing clients.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Collaborate with sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
