Qualifications

• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training provided and licensing fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Nurture and grow your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
