Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new territory. You will meet with business owners to present supplemental insurance products and establish long-term client relationships.

We provide comprehensive training and support, with a focus on new client acquisition and retention. Expect weekly schedule planning, daily activity tracking, and a performance-based compensation structure including draw pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales background considered.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory to develop new book of business.
• Present industry-leading supplemental insurance products to business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and hit sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
