Job summary

The Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and Danone brand presence within an assigned territory. You will engage customers, promote CPG products, and maintain attractive displays while building strong retailer relationships.

This full-time role runs Mon–Fri, with mileage reimbursement and a focus on achieving in-store sales targets. You’ll manage routing, report results, identify new opportunities, and travel across stores in the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or field sales within retail environments.
• Ability to identify and grow store-level opportunities and promotions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting CPG products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and clients to boost in-store sales.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions and participate in events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution; manage routing and prioritization.
