Job summary

Acosta Group seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen Danone brand presence in an assigned territory by engaging customers, performing merchandising and promotional activities, and delivering a positive customer experience in a field-based environment.

You will build relationships with store personnel and clients, execute displays and promotions, identify new opportunities, travel across stores, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to use a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Experience in outside sales, CPG retail or field sales merchandising preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, clients, and stakeholders to drive in-store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and new launches.
• Report on store issues, competitive activity, and market trends.
• Ensure full product distribution and display in all accounts.
