Job summary

The Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen Danone brand presence within an assigned territory. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising activities, and build strong relationships with store personnel and client stakeholders.

This full-time, daytime role requires independence, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to multiple stores in the territory. Competitive compensation with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or field sales preferred.
• Retail or CPG-related sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and client stakeholders.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory routing and prioritization.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
