Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in the San Antonio area through proactive prospecting and relationship development. You will work with cross-functional teams to sell and service corrugated packaging products while focusing on value-based selling.

The role emphasizes territory coverage, account management, pricing and proposals, and collaboration with plant management. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Outside selling experience or related experience or a college degree.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record.
• Ability to load and unload samples from vehicle.
• Preferred: college degree in graphics, packaging, sales or business.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep updated list of prospects and accounts.
• Qualify prospective accounts and develop relationships.
• Conduct initial contacts and sales calls to generate first-time and repeat business.
• Surpass sales quotas for the territory.
• Implement sales strategies and manage customer relationships.
• Travel as necessary to cover the territory.
