QUIKRETE Heavy Construction Materials is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Gainesville/Jefferson, GA market. You will maintain existing customer relationships, develop new business with residential builders, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

This role rewards a motivated self-starter with strong sales experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Outside sales experience or territory management preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the Gainesville/Jefferson market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business in the Gainesville/Jefferson territory.
• Identify projects, follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and track opportunities.
• Develop sales plans to grow market share and revenue.
• Promote concrete products and services by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales activity, customer accounts, and progress toward sales goals.
• Utilize MS Office and company systems for quoting and reporting.
