Quikrete Holdings Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover Gainesville/Jefferson, GA and surrounding markets. You will maintain existing relationships, develop new business, and drive sales growth in residential construction, with some light commercial work.

Training will be provided to sharpen product knowledge and estimating skills. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of working independently across the

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Outside sales or territory management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel within Gainesville/Jefferson and surrounding market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Health and Safety: Follow company safety policies when visiting sites and facilities.
• Sales Area Focus: Maintain existing relationships and develop new opportunities with residential builders throughout the territory.
• Sales & Marketing: Identify projects, follow up on leads, prepare quotes, and track sales opportunities; monitor market activity and competition.
• Strategy: Develop sales plans to grow market share, increase revenue, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Value Added Products (VASP): Promote concrete products and services by understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
• Customer Orientation: Address customer concerns and coordinate with operations for timely deliveries.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activity, customer accounts, and progress toward goals.
• Systems & Processes: Use Microsoft Office and company systems for quoting, reporting, and customer management; training provided on product knowledge and estimating systems.
