Qualifications

• Successful outside sales history (2+ years).
• Longevity in past roles.

• Strong time management and planning.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• 70% travel region-wide.
• Building materials industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience selling to builders/architects for bigger tickets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales and account planning, forecasting, reporting for assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain target accounts; drive territory growth.
• Understand customers' objectives to identify opportunities.
• Acquire new customers to maximize revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service and issue follow-up.
• Coordinate with supply center and corporate resources to fulfill orders.
• Know AM sales process and policies (accruals, credit, expenses, rewards).
• Mentor other sales representatives.
• Sell remodeling, new construction, project work, and Installed Sales Solutions.
• Demo core products to audiences; negotiate pricing with manager.
