Job summary

Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for building products in Clifton, NJ. You will lead sales, manage accounts, forecast and drive growth across assigned territory while earning uncapped commissions.

The role requires 2+ years of outside sales, strong organization, and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). Travel roughly 70% of the week within the region, with incentive pay and a base salary in the market range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred
• Proven experience in new business selling, upselling, and selling
• Travel 70% of the week within the region
• Preferred experience in building materials industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading all sales and account planning, forecasting, reporting for assigned accounts within territory
• Develop and maintain target accounts to drive sales growth
• Understand customer objectives to identify sales opportunities
• Acquire new customers to maximize revenue
• Provide exceptional customer service follow-up and resolve issues
• Collaborate with supply center and corporate to enter and fulfill orders
• Mentor other sales representatives
