Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will connect with business owners in person, drive new client acquisition, and coordinate with a high-energy team to exceed sales targets.

The role offers comprehensive training, the chance to visit local SMBs, and a compensation package featuring commissions, bonuses, and renewal income.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (sales or related field preferred).
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own sales territory with outside direct sales.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and respond to inquiries.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and managers.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and track activity.
• Collaborate with sales team to set and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
