Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team for autonomous, growth-driven professionals in Texas. You will undergo immersive training, engage with business owners and employees, and present high-quality supplemental insurance solutions tailored to needs.

You’ll build a local client portfolio through consultations, group presentations, and proactive outreach while shaping your territory’s growth and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• A track record of exceeding expectations in sales, athletics, or leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (state licensing fees reimbursed).
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and resell services.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and hit sales targets.
