You will collaborate with management to increase efficiency and productivity, while adhering to internal controls and company policies. The role requires self-direction, effective communication, and the ability to respond to market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with 3–5 years of industry/commercial experience.
• Proven outside sales experience within the automotive sector.
• Ability to manage a defined territory and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives for the assigned territory.
• Deliver quality work on time to customers to support long-term growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, distribution, corporate, and others to grow business in the territory.
• Submit weekly call reports using internal software applications.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed.
