Alleviation is growing its sales team and seeking a driven, energetic individual to join our culture-driven company. You will introduce health benefit plans to local business owners, supported by a comprehensive training program and hands-on mentoring in your territory.

Key duties include using Salesforce to generate leads, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, visiting new businesses, building your client portfolio, and working with the sales manager to set and hit monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Background check clearance required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess clients' insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
