Alleviation is expanding its sales team and seeking a driven individual to join our culture‑driven company. No prior sales experience required; we provide extensive training, mentoring, and a supportive environment to grow your career in health benefit sales.

You will focus on introducing business owners and staff to top-tier supplemental health plans, building a client portfolio, and planning a weekly schedule with oversight from your sales manager.

Qualifications

• Background check conducted prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or ≥4 years of post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletics.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce to curate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and reservice existing clients.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily activity and sales results.
