Job summary

Colwyn Group, a staffing and recruiting firm headquartered in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois from St. Louis.

You will lead field-based sales with utility providers and contractors, delivering hands-on demos and driving new business. We offer base salary $80,000–$100,000 with uncapped commission and an on-target earnings range of $115,000–$145,000+, plus a company vehicle and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside B2B field sales with quota attainment.
• Experience in electrical utility distribution, lineman tools, PPE a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain commercial accounts across Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois.
• Hunt new business, cold-call prospects, and build a robust pipeline.
• Deliver on-site demos and safety/compliance consultations at sites.
• Collaborate on RFPs, bids, and pricing with inside sales and partners.
• Maintain CRM records and track KPIs for territory performance.
