Job summary

Ritchie Bros. is seeking an outside sales Territory Manager in the NW St. Louis area. You will drive growth by prospecting new customers, managing existing accounts, and selling multi-channel solutions with a focus on customer value.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work from a home office and on the road, with opportunities for career advancement, commission-based earnings, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role, and a consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotas.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record.
• Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred.
• Experience in quota-driven sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.
• Work primarily from a home office and on the road.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-channel solutions, source and grow new business, manage existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop assigned territory by building and maintaining the Playbook and using the CRM (Salesforce).
• Deliver value through presentations tailored to customer needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Attend auctions and travel overnight to cover the territory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.
