Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Intellihot (Mid-South) to drive revenue growth and demand generation in TN, AL, MS, AR, and LA. You will manage independent rep agencies and coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to localize programs for the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years selling technical engineered products in HVAC, boilers, or plumbing.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL across the territory.
• Set KPIs and report progress regularly.
• Lead rep agency management and drive sales performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Support).
• Maintain territory CRM and forecast pipeline.
