Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Intellihot/DHWL in the Mid-South region. The role combines deep technical credibility with demand-generation leadership across Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

The position requires significant travel (50-75%) and the ability to coordinate with engineering, marketing and support teams to grow pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience selling technical/engineered products in HVAC, boiler, water heating, or plumbing and mechanical industry, with direct experience in condensing or tankless water heating preferred.
• Proven ability to own demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs and build pipeline through specification influence and targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL products across the territory.
• Manage independent rep agencies, set targets, and drive accountability for performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Support to localize initiatives and support territory execution.
• Lead technical conversations and influence product sizing, pricing and application with engineers, design firms, and large accounts.
• Maintain CRM/funnel processes and report pipeline and KPIs regularly.
