Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Mid-South region to drive revenue growth for Intellihot/DHWL products. The role demands deep technical knowledge in commercial tankless water heating and related HVAC equipment, plus the ability to manage an independent rep network and coordinate internal resources.

The position requires 50-75% travel within the Mid-South territory and resides in the territory (Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana).

Qualifications

• Strong technical credibility and ability to lead technical conversations with engineers and large accounts.
• Demonstrated experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs to build pipeline.
• Ability to manage indirect rep networks and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce.com proficiency and intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL products in the territory.
• Set and track demand-gen KPIs and report regularly on pipeline and funnel metrics.
• Partner with Marketing to localize programs for shows, chapters, training events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams to support technical opportunities and product issues.
• Maintain CRM funnel and contribute to regional price management and forecasting.
