Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Mid-South to lead demand generation and manage the rep network for Intellihot/DHWL products. You will coordinate with engineering, product management, marketing, and support to localize initiatives in-territory and drive revenue growth.

You will bring 10+ years selling engineered HVAC products, strong technical credibility, and proven ability to grow pipeline through specification and targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling technical engineered products in HVAC, commercial boiler, water heating, or plumbing & mechanical industries.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs (e.g., pipeline building through specification, trade organizations, or targeted campaigns).
• Experience managing an indirect/third-party rep agency network.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization with cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and engineered/spec-driven sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL products across the territory, driving pipeline growth and revenue.
• Manage independent rep agencies, set targets, and coach performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Support to localize initiatives in-territory.
• Lead technical conversations with engineers, designers, and large accounts on sizing and application.
• Maintain CRM and report on pipeline and KPIs; support regional pricing processes.
