Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Intellihot in the Mid-South. You will own demand generation and manage independent rep agencies across Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana, coordinating with engineering, product management, marketing and support teams.

Travel will be 50-75%. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in technical/engineered product sales are preferred, with strong communication and CRM skills to drive pipeline and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.
• Experience managing an indirect/third-party rep agency network.
• Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and engineered sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL products across the territory.
• Set and track demand-gen KPIs (pipeline, win rate, funnel) and report regularly.
• Manage independent rep agencies and drive accountability for sales performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Support to execute initiatives in-territory.
• Maintain CRM/funnel processes and contribute to price management.
