Job summary

TAHOE SUPPLY COMPANY, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales across an assigned region, with on-site responsibilities in Reno, Las Vegas, NV or Austin, TX. You will build relationships with existing and prospective customers, deliver product demonstrations, prepare quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders while tracking performance and territory strategy.

Travel within the territory is required, and a valid driver's license is a must.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and support clients effectively.
• Proven sales and sales management skills to drive territory growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Training skills to deliver clear product demonstrations and support customer onboarding and education.
• Strong organizational, time management, and territory planning abilities.
• Previous experience in field sales or territory management, preferably in B2B or distribution environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Reno, Las Vegas, or Austin and travel within the assigned territory, and operate independently with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and present product solutions meeting client needs.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and follow up on leads.
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate account records.
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders and deliveries, and provide product training and demonstrations.
• Contribute to territory planning and sales strategies based on market feedback.
