Job summary

Territory Manager role based in Reno, NV, operating a fully stocked mobile store to bring industrial hardware solutions directly to customer sites. You will drive prospecting, face-to-face selling, and manage the mobile store's daily operations across multiple industries.

The position requires owning or leasing a mobile store vehicle, maintaining a clean driving record, and a strong, independent work ethic with excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the assigned territory (Reno, NV); relocation is not available.
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle.
• Must maintain a clean driving history.
• Must have the physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor on a regular basis.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong, stable work history; maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proven history of achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and outreach to businesses near existing customers.
• Make face-to-face cold and warm sales calls within an assigned territory.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demonstrations, and the mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and overall functionality of the mobile store.
• Submit complete and accurate daily business reports covering sales orders and prospect calls.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information using company software.
