Job summary

Pursuit, a leading distributor of building products, is expanding its commercial sales team in Oklahoma City. We are seeking a relationship-driven Territory Manager to own the high-value Oklahoma City Territory and drive growth with outside sales.

You will develop long-term partnerships in the commercial roofing sector, manage a multi-million-dollar book of business, and earn uncapped commissions with an OTE of about $150K in year one; top performers exceed $300K.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling building products in a B2B commercial environment.
• Experience managing and growing a territory.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Self-starter with strong organization and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an outside sales environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
