Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Self-starter with history of exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding presentation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ high-impact, in-person sales calls daily following the proven “Gears of Selling” process.
• Carry and present a 40 lb demo bag with live samples and tools on every call.
• Follow the Sales Bag Progression to uncover needs, demonstrate value, and close business on the spot.
• Write 40+ orders per month focusing on high-volume products like grease and lubricants.
• Build and maintain 200 active accounts purchasing 10+ SKUs each.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Key Account teams on joint calls and contracts.
• Deliver annual Value Advantage reports quantifying cost savings, uptime gains, and ROI.
• Perform Friday PM Planning and maintain real-time Salesforce records.
