Lint Tile Distributors is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our Memphis Metro/Mid-South sales across retailers, contractors, builders, and designers. You will meet customers face-to-face, develop new accounts, and increase market share.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, active prospecting, and closing deals with a strong, self-motivated mindset. Travel within the Memphis Metro/Mid-South region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No flooring experience required.
• No prior professional sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Memphis Metro / Mid-South sales territory.
• Prospect for new customers and open new accounts.
• Develop relationships with flooring retailers, contractors, builders, designers, installers, and other industry professionals.
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Grow sales within existing customer accounts.
• Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities throughout the territory.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Utilize CRM technology to manage accounts and sales opportunities.
• Plan and organize an efficient territory travel schedule.
