VODA Cleaning & Restoration of Greater Memphis is hiring a Business Development Representative to grow our presence across the Greater Memphis and Mid-South market. This field-based role focuses on building relationships, developing a territory, and driving revenue through referrals.

You will meet with insurance offices, property managers, plumbers, hotels, and other partners, schedule meetings, present our services, and maintain an organized database of contacts and opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted business development plan for your assigned territory
• Build relationships with insurance agents and offices
• Develop referral partnerships with plumbers and plumbing companies
• Visit apartment communities and property management companies
• Develop relationships with hotels and commercial property managers
• Identify businesses and professionals for referral partnerships
• Make outbound calls and conduct face-to-face visits
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct presentations for potential referral partners
• Deliver marketing materials and explain services
• Follow up consistently with prospective partners
• Maintain a database of contacts and opportunities
• Document calls, visits, meetings, leads and follow-ups
• Generate qualified leads and referrals
• Coordinate handoffs between sources, customers and operations
• Attend networking events when appropriate
• Work with ownership to identify opportunities and grow referrals
