Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth across assigned territories. You will build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors and architects, promoting our high-performance tile and stone installation systems.

You will conduct product training, support field teams, and help customers select optimal LATICRETE solutions for their projects while traveling to client sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in Sales or in the Construction industry.
• Demonstrated success building and cultivating long-term professional partnerships.
• Spanish language skills strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough Territory Business Plan to maximize opportunities and meet revenue targets.
• Regularly engage distributors, contractors, architects and end users to promote relationships and drive sales.
• Provide technical product education and support via site visits, trainings and presentations.
