Medtronic plc is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive growth across assigned territories. You will manage key customer accounts, pursue new leads, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.

You will analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize product uptake and service value. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, and Marketing to communicate feedback and shape product offerings.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; 6+ years sales/related experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years experience acceptable.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years experience required.

Aufgaben

• Promotes and sells Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursues leads, assesses needs and provides product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic’s products and/or services.
• Promotes and establishes education of the company’s products and/or services.
• Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
